IMEC USA, LLC gathers four experienced corporates and their proprietors, thus combined over 60+ years corporate experiences and up to 200 years of professional skills. The current effort to initiate an IMEC China subsidiary is due to its 1 year of preparation toward readiness, which has been mastering a collection of major trade channel demands. Our business initiative is defined as “Advanced Energy-saving Products & US Trade & China Manufacture”.
The Theme: in present, US mainstream mass-merchant channels are creating a surge of demands on various energy-saving products, but these need to be packaged into very large scale. The large scale, the high quality and with complaint of standards, are three challenges to many Chinese manufacturing industries. Many of them are only at an entry level, yet for advanced technology and high-end products. IMEC USA’s China subsidiary addresses the fulfillment of such supply-demand issues. Within three years we are to achieve multiple proprietary product lines and applications, which will become the most innovative, the highest-quality, the best retrofit energy-saving pilot products produced and manufactured in China.
In response to a Chinese local development zone, we intend to bring in international designs of new products, which will propel local industrial cluster into a transition towards higher add-value and better market orientation.

Including 3 sectors: the Factory, the Tech Center and the Trade Entity. IMEC USA’s China subsidiary is an overall market-driven business entity. It is horizontally complemented by multiple product-oriented projects, sharing a combined pilot production and manufacturing capacity, thus achieving vertical extension from international designs, to qualified Chinese supply chains, and ends with direct US market channels.
1. Headquarters is located in Ningbo South Coastal New Area, the new front of the major Chinese industrial and export development.
2. Combined Manufacturing Base: we share the use of the same base facility to host development for multiple products. In priority of the demands of US market, four advanced, energy-saving products under EonTech brand are planned: (1) APL (advanced plasma light fixtures ); (2) IoE modules (internet of everything ready lighting and AC apparatus); (3) Nanometer system irrigation of marginal condition agriculture. The facility contains 3360 sqm of work space with a total power supply 400 kVA. (4) further we initiate a modern factory for advanced opto-electronic integrated device manufacturing and module packaging.
3. Tech Center: under an Advance Energy-Saving (AES) title, the facility occupies a 5000 sqm gated campus, including a large courtyard, two connected buildings, housing operations, conferencing, demo rooms, labs, senior scientists’ living quarters, cafeteria, parking lot, all on a hill-top site surrounded by tangerine trees . This exclusive facility used to be the headquarters of the Ningbo South Coastal New Area, the development zone. We obtained the campus as a part of a deal to contribute local industrial cluster with advanced international source technologies. The joint effort is to boost an industrial transition toward more innovative, higher added-value and greener energy.
