团队电影视觉特效制作在中国的发展，挑战在于精确高效组织和运营的团队专才和资源。为了建设高工程技艺和艺术创作水平 的中国团队资源，约翰休斯(北京)视觉特效科技有限公司将通过国际联合办学，设立中国顶级传媒大学下属约翰.休斯学院（John Hughes Academy）和约翰.休斯工作室（John Hughes Studio）。建议教程：

1. Fusion into current University Curriculum with JHI’s VFX programs, in two ways: 融入动画专业学历体制的视觉特效课程。两种方式：
   1. BA/BS degree student starting from freshmen year, 4-year progressive courses of VFX. 循序渐进、1-4年级的特效电影制作课程，
   2. Senior year practical training program or graduate program, oriented to the VFX industry, intensive training and actual commercial production tasks. 大学四年级/研究生、定向培养的强化实践课程；
