(Beijing, China) and Frontier Technologies Consortium Global, LLC (Los Angeles, USA) has reached a Joint Consulting Agreement, to conduct consolidated and complementary consulting services for China projects. FXT contributes its China client demands and China capitals-raise, and its Beijing CBD operation-engineering facility; FTC contributes its US client demands and new product resources, and its Las Vegas operation-living quarters.
