所有的人并不是每天都呆在封闭的设施中生活工作和娱乐。如果当前的社会感染率是5%，在所有的设施中每20个人就有一个会感染。这个动态平衡的综合构成就是实施社交距离和戴口罩的现实结果，不论是在白宫、五角大楼，还是一个摄影棚、还是一家商铺。
如果全国有5%的人感染，生活优越的富人或可避免接触公众，但立法者和公职成员包括总统和将军凭什么不被感染呢？事实上他们因为工作的关系应该有相同或更高的感染风险。处在社会高层的人如果同样地受到感染，才是体现其与他们的人民相平等和维系，或对他们的公职道德重负倒是个解脱。
科学家已经给了所有的人尤其是政府错误和无知的建议。怎么还在说话呢？公众健康科学家是政治家的工具。国家经费豢养着他们，为的是向政府和公众提供科学的解决方案和建议。事实这次的新病毒就是他们用基因编辑研究动物病毒对人类传播的研究成果。但是科学界保持沉默、不肯解释和反证受到质疑的证据和事实，怕断了他们的研究经费？（这些人就没有任何的负罪感吗？）。整个国运和民生都被不胜任的科学家前后矛盾的意见恐吓着和绑架着，根本不知走向。
走向何方：这一大群人民，并不是圈养的绵羊，也不是实验室的硕鼠。每遇危机，总是很大程度得靠民营企业和平民自己想办法幸存，走出所谓疫情下的长期社会和经济变迁（即长期的无效关闭都市经济）。同时5%以上的人在继续感染着，真正病毒致死率如何因为政治原因将会会永远弄不清。这是一笔世界范围的糊涂账。

These people are not staying, working, living and entertaining all in the one enclosed and isolated facility. Therefore if the infection rate in the society is currently 5%, then in every such facility, every. gathering of 20 shall have one infected. It would not be different anywhere if it is in White House, Pentagon, a film stage or a street store.
If the whole nation has a 5% infection rate, then only the rich and privileged small percent of people who can void contact crowd. All legislators and government workers including the president and generals, with what privilege should they not get infected? They eventually should have higher risk getting infected due to natures of their works. The ones in higher places, if equally infected, would reflect equality and connections with their people. And that fact shall provide an relieve to their burdens of public morality.
Scientist have given all the people, especially the governors, a series of wrong, ignorant and contradiction suggestions. Why are they still talking? The public health scientists are tools of politicians. They live on government funds, for the purpose to produce sound scientific solutions or suggestions to the states and public. Eventually it was their research on virus transmission from animal to human using genetic edition that produced a new virus infectible to human. That is so factual and evident, but they keep silence worrying government stop funding them (Don’t they feel a bit guilty and sin at all?). The whole nation’s operation and human beings are terrified and kidnapped by incompetent scientists, totally go beyond unknown. Don’t know where to go: this large crowd, the mass, are not lambs living in pens, neither are rats living in medical labs. Every time encounters a crisis it has to rely on entrepreneurs and regular citizens to figure out their own ways to survive, while walking through a long social and economic transaction, which is the long lockdown. In the meantime 5% plus people will continue to be infected, while real death rate of the virus infection will be never accurate due to politics. This is a very obscured, certainly non-scientific, statistics worldwide.
